The centre organises activities to keep the seniors engaged and the staff are caring and maintain regular communication with me. I would highly recommend the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad aged 84 has been with CiYuan centre for around 5 yrs now. Our family is very grateful that CiYuan has been doing an excellent job in taking care of him. His health gets better, he became more cheerful, he always shared with us how he likes the friendly driver and bus helper, the attentive nurses and sometimes the “principal”. Most importantly it gives us joy that my dad looks forward to go to “ciyuan school” everyday. Thank you all at CiYuan! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum goes to the NTUC Health Senior Day Care Centre (Silver Circle) at Ci Yuan during the day to improve her general physical and social well-being.
We had to, on several occasions, requested for the Centre's assistance to monitor and check on my mum when we noted some health concerns.
The Centre Manager and staff concerned were very responsive to our requests on every occasion and issues raised were dealt with speedily. We also received high touch service from the Centre through calls and updates.
My family and I are grateful that the staff are caring, sincere and responsible and that my mum is well taken care of at the Centre.
We would like to thank the Centre Manager, staff, nurses and therapists for their excellent service. It augurs well for the organisation to have staff like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad have been going for his day care @ NTUC Ci - Yuan CC for about 5-6 years. The family have seen tremendous progress in my dad . In terms of physical, emotionally and mentally. He had many opportunity given to him eg. Took part in community events, inter collaborative events . The team in Ci-Yuan Cc is supportive and engaging with my dad . He comes back always with a smile and light heartedness. We believe they played a big part of my dads life. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is finding a place to sent your love ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandma has been going to Ci Yuan Senior Day Care for about 3 months and is enjoying herself there. The daily social activities and exercises held at the centre surely helps in maintaining her mental and physical health.
The community nurses are prompt in updating and following up on any concerns raised. Really glad and thankful for their care and concern towards my grandma and for the open communication channel.
