One of the worst clinics ever. Nurses are pure bullies, extremely rude and aggressive. This applies particularly to the Indian lady nurse. All the poor uncles and aunties usually being scolded just for showing up. Doctors are basically there to pass time. No sense of urgency in looking after the patients, usually the elderly. Extremely long waiting time to see both doctors and collection of medicine. Please avoid.

Too rude and talk like racist too bad frist and last never go again there rest of staff really great and humble only this old racist lady really make me angry please teach how to respect this old lady no idea how to respect ??????????????

Had a decent experience. Not amazing nor horrible. I went here as it was one of the cheapest ART swab tests I could find ($20) and the process was quite fast and efficient. My husband did a blood test here as well but it was quite inconvenient as we had to go to Hougang polyclinic for the xray scan and return back to this clinic afterward. Husband also mentioned that the lady at the counter was quite rude so I hope this clinic can improve on their service. We had another staff attending to us who was very nice and patient, so I guess the experience depends on which staff attends to you. However, staff service should be consistent throughout the clinic.

Cashier who answered my call was EXTREMELY RUDE ! And it's NOT the first time she showed attitude. Will definitely report her, will also consider report this matter to MOH

Very poor clinic. Don't bother visiting. They are expensive and yet unprofessional. Doctors impatient and nurses rude. The waiting time there is out of the world. The hawker food downstairs are great though. Shall write another review for it. :P

I call to book for the appointment, but the Indian lady said she was busy in angry tone and don't want to proceed with my appointment booking. Waiting for a long time and didn't even receive call back. Very unfriendly and unprofessional Update : I come from Serangoon North which is just nearby. Then then Indian lady at the counter ask me : "Hey your place don't have clinic is it? Why you come here?" hello its up to me to choose which clinic I want to go and you don't need to question it

Brought my Wife to the clinic today ( 18 May 22) since she had an very bad gastric pain. We just moved our unit near by there we are not aware about the clinic opening hours. Went around 1.30 Pm. Clinic was closed for lunch time 1 to 2 pm. Since my was not able to walk we waited outside the door. Clinic door opened by 2pm, lady came put for registration process.. First question asked was why waiting for so long here... got 9 clinics around this area why can't you go there... I said we went one nearby it was closed and it will open by 5 only. Then I said we are new here.. she said oh... you all purposely wait. Then go in there was one more registration... queue number given to me was in 300 ... series. Waited at door 10. Queue number started with 40 Series and other patients where going in those who came after us. After 3 patients I went again to reception to ask is my queue number is correct. They say Yes. Since they all got appointment and iam walk in.. I Said ok and I waited. My registered time was around 2pm. So till 2.45 approximate . Een though till the last person left we were not called in. If other person come they go in. Since my wife cannot take the pain we left the clinic to search other clinic nearby . Once we walkout the receptionist ask me why didn't see doctor. I said all patients are going in except us .. her answer was waited Doctor will call... when ????? ..no answer... went to other clinic nearby and took medication. This is an general common professionalism of working.... in the field... by seeing the patient condition should have told me since iam walk in u should wait... so I might have seen an alternative option.... Recently my wife was suffering on the same and we have been tooo sengakng A& E earlier... I dont really understand if dome one is ill do they feel the pain... being in this field.... Hope the management look into this and would be improved. ... so the patients coming down are not depressed and even the illness is not get severed ... on the waiting time... I have seen the below reviews too all are of one or other similar kind.... hope the management seriously look into it. To save us . Will further proceed to highlight this to MOH

Extremely rude and passive-aggressive attitude from the staff at the counter. My experience echoes many of the other reviews here. Hostile treatment before I even entered the clinic. I'm surprised they have not taken any of the feedback seriously and made a change to their reception staff - the level of service is very unprofessional especially for a community clinic that serves many elderly patients. Shameful.
