I would like to say a big Thank You to Ms Karen & all the staff at NTUC Health Senior Day Care Fengshan. Your staff including all the nurses & transport drivers & everyone@ Centre have shown much loving care and respect to all the elderly folks. Your loving care & services have made my mum, MY Liew, 85 yrs old (Blk 138, Bedok Nth) a happier person after the long days cooped up in her house during the Circuit Breaker. My siblings and I are glad that she's returned to her Centre routine, chatting with her Centre friends whom she missed a lot & doing the exercises that are beneficial to her physical well being , all these give us a great relief. We would like to thank the staff for calling up to check on our mum's well being and giving her many different gifts such as the mini receiver that played old school Chinese dialect songs; she played it almost every day. Also, we would like to thank NTUC HEALTH for providing heavy subsidies to my mum's monthly Centre fees, a great help to lessen our family financial burden. She is a Pioneer citizen and has been a housewife all her life, without CPF savings. Nevertheless, we are thankful to have a good and caring government. Thanks so much !? ???????☘????☘???? The staffs ( Ms Tay, Muna, Ana, Gladys, Karen, Virginia, Rosnah, Kaly, Derek, Maggie, Jack & Linda ) at NTUC Health Senior Day Care are all very friendly, caring and lovely. They always carry that smile everyday and pass them to the seniors. I will like to take this chance to thank them all, I appreciate each and everyone of them in making my parent feels more homely. My mother attended daycare at Silver Circle Fengshan for a few years until recently when her condition declined and she was more comfortable to stay at home. Ms Tay, the centre manager, Muna, the care staff, and Ain, the centre nurse, and other staff whose names I can’t recall, were all kind, compassionate and patient caring for my mom when she was at the centre, Having my mom cared for by them gave me much relief when I had to go to work. There were times when Mom had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, and Muna, would be the one accompanying until I arrived at the A&E rushing down from my office. Ms Tay kept in touch throughout my mom’s hospitalization stays and gave lots of helpful advice. They also kindly contacted me to give moral support in case I break down from caregiver stress. Thanks so much and we are sad my mom can’t attend daycare anymore.
