★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to know this through a friend's recommendation. Very nice hor fun, traditional style, with pork liver.
Their prawn roll (虾枣) was fantastic. I will come back to try other dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cze Char Dishes (Prawn Roll, Fried Squid, Chye Poh Egg, Seafood Hor Hun, Fried Liver with spring onion and ginger). Dining out for cze char has never felt more treasured albeit in a maximum 5 person setting. Discovered this cze char stall right beside the famous fengshan 85 food centre, and waited about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The presentation does not do justice to its taste, favourite dish is the calarmari and hor fun for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the typical zi char stall where food are served really fast. We waited 30 mins for our food.
Wanted to order curry fishhead since it’s the must recommended dish in one of the reviews below. However, they said they do not serve curry fishhead.
Strong wok hei aroma is the reason to why all the tables ordered their seafood hor fun dish.
And this is one of the softest sweet & sour pork I ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for the wok hei hor fun, expectations are high.
In the end, the hor fun is only at the everyday zi char standard (or maybe a bit lower). A few strands of vege, a piece of liver, 2 pieces of pork... The wok hei is non-existent. The sauce is bland. Nothing stands out, at all.
The only good thing is that there is not a lot of MSG. And also that the stall is operated by a family (always like to support hawker families, because it is never easy).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hor fun, tried not that special. Average wok hei. $6/plate. A bit bland. May be cooking not consistent???
Pig liver is wood type, not nice, should not add in. About 2 pieces each of Small prawns, meat and fish . Surprised with the serving of the Liao(ingredients, look miserable pieces) portion.
I will not travel all the way to eat this.
I can find better hor fun at Geylang area e g $6-8 for Beef or mixed seafood Kway Teow hor fun or bee hoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姜葱炒猪肝 is so delicious that we finished it in no time. Even people that don't eat pig liver said it's nice. Soft and tender with just nice seasoning. This dish was common when I was young. My mom cooked it quite often. It is now almost disappeared in Singapore and I'm glad I found it here. Hor fun comes with good wok hei, a must try dish here. The other items are delicious too.
