★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty toilet especially the ladies, air con not cooling in the common areas, basement carpark always closed. There is a cafe in the lobby, birds flying in the lobby despite it supposed to be enclosed area, so unhygienic. Complained to the cafe operator, they claimed the main door cannot be closed, it's beyond their authority.
