This is purely an office, so please don't head over expecting service and support for your Link Points related queries. As an office, it has what it needs, is open concept, and fosters a collaborative environment. It's dolled with NTUC Link colors, whether it's the meeting rooms or the common area. It's basic, but that's as much as it is as an office space.

A dishonest co-operative. Do not use the NTUC Plus Foodfare stored value card managed by NTUC Link & NTUC Foodfare. After it's expired, they will not refund you the balance. Rules keeps changing and now you can't use the NTUC Plus with Visa Smartchip for redeeming your Foodfare stored value, making it difficult for you to redeem your stored value. NTUC Plus and Foodfare did not allow customer to get a refund of the unused stored value before or after the card expired. There must be some fair governance to ensure stored value could be recovered after card expiry. Lost more than SGD20 because of this. Foodfare has outsource the stored value service to NTUC Link for their NTUC Plus card store value for Foodfare but NTUC Link would not take ownership and try to push away it's responsibility to Foodfare. When I approach Foodfare, they redirected me back to NTUC Plus (managed by NTUC Link). The unused stored value should belong to the customer. However using this unscrupulous method not to refund unused balance back to the customers, NTUC were able to pilferage thousands of dollars from customers into their coffers. Imagine a single customer like myself lost SGD20 because of this, what about 5000 other customers? That's 20x5000=SGD100,000. I hope MAS could provide proper governance for stored value cards with refund rulings and regulations such that customers could have full refund of the un-used amount of money before or after the card has expired.
