Terrible booking app. Don’t book from them! Traveloka insist on the cancellation policy even though the hotel had kindly offered a full refund. So I had to incurred a one night charge. After emailing for a week plus, they can only quote cancellation policy and no explanation given.

I will never ever trust Traveloka Traveloka again ! Banned for real. Already passed by ONE year , 1 year , said to be update to us for refund status and all, but everytime we follow up with them, they keep on replying the same thing that they took action sent email and all, but then? NO! No updates to me , no one get back to me , since they really send email to the airline for our refund status, where’s the proof of email? Where’s the screenshot proof that you really take action?! ????

This agency has the worst customer service ever and they actually lied throughout the entire time in the email. They kept on putting the blame on the hotel about my reservation changes. They lied about not being able to contact the hotel when I could easily reach out to the hotel manager with just one phone call. They did not even bother to call the hotel and liaise with them but they told me they did. I will not recommend anyone to book under traveloka for any activities. I would have given a 0 star review if there is an option for that instead of 1 star. This agency should just close down. Ridiculously good for nothing.

The refund process is too long, even VERY LONG It's been more than 3 months It's been the 5th month, my funds haven't been returned yet Very very disappointed Even though from the traveloka's information it is at least 90 days How is this the responsibility of traveloka? 

Horrible experience with traveloka. Made a wrong booking and called traveloka IMMEDIATELY. Claims that will check with hotel and get back to me asap but waited for half a day and they got back to me saying that hotel did not pick up their phone and thus they cannot change the booking. I headed to hotel straight and hotel have been so friendly and helpful with my rescheduling and told me no calls was made from traveloka in regards to my booking. Traveloka lied and made ZERO effort to help us to rectify our booking. WILL NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELOKA AGAIN

I advise everyone don't use Traveluka, their customer service is not even helpful. Our family of three bought tickets from Singapore Airlines no through Traveluka last week. I wanted to buy another ticket for my child because the flight time is too long as I discovered there is another route comes with shorter travel time. Singapore airline said that my ticket was sold at Traveluka, they need me to call Traveluka so that the reps can assist me on this. First call, Traveluka's customer service officer told me to wait for their email. Second call which is 3 days later, I called them again and they said they have not received the email from Singapore Airline. Third call, 2days later, I still didn't receive it and Traveluka told me the same thing again. I suggested them not to wait for the email from SQ and instead they could just call SQ directly to liaise with SQ customer service. Traveluka said they will contact the SQ specialist team and asked me to wait again. Today, I still did not receive any updates from Traveluka and I called SQ directly and got them to resolve this issue on the behalf of me asap. Less than half a day, issue resolved. Traveluka was not being helpful and they didn't even bother to update me at all. They have no sense of urgency and never put themselves in customers' shoes. This is so bad.

This agency is the worst ever , I bought 4 tickets Vietnam Airline through app Traveloka . Unfortunately I tested covid positive, I quickly see doctor get medical letter for requested refund on 5/6 a day before my flight 6/6 . They called me refund fee $30/pax , I agreed and confirmation but they didn’t process refund approve , the next day they called me again refund fee $70/pax , I also agreed but they dragged time until morning 7/6 they increased refund fee to $110/pax and eventually refund denied. My original tickets changed to non-refundable. I requested return tickets on the 20/6 reschedule they said can’t . They blamed VN Airline refund policy not wavier covid positive. I did research online all Airlines will refund if covid positive. They lied on the app put refundable and easy reschedule. All not true . My money $957 like throw in dustbin due to their bad service and unhelpful. DO NOT TRUST Traveloka. Never ever trust Traveloka again in the future. I would like to go their office tell them in the face bad customer service , liar . Maybe they get my refunded money and keep it ? Who’s know ? I did share this bad experienced on social media to warning anyone planning to buy anything on Traveloka app .

Horrible and disappointing service. Bought flight for daughter and needed to reschedule. Chatted via app and was promised that a reschedule is possible as we understand that refund cannot be given. So, daughter went off and we were promised a reschedule earlier flight home and when we kept pressing them for it was told that it was being processed. Eventually no reschedule and was told we have to reschedule on our own because they have a system limitations. REGRETTED BIG TIME BUYING THRU THEM. This is the first and last time we will use Traveloka. PROMISES MADE BUT NEVER HONORED. Talked to their customer service assistants three times, same responses. The higher ups in the company not willing to take the call. So, do be careful before you decide to purchase anything from them. Go direct with the airline.
