★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently on a vessel docked at one of the ports in Singapore but due to COVID restrictions, stuck onboard for a limited time unable to disembark. Been trying to get help with information. Called their store, left my number for them to text me on whatsapp. Called back twice. Their response: "we are busy!" "How many you want to buy??" "Wait until we're not busy!"
So busy until not bothered to entertain a customer?? What behavior is this? Horrible customer service!!!

When we could not decide, she gave alternatives. When we asked, she shared her opinion. When we were trying out the sunglasses, she did not give us pressure or hurry us. It was a pleasant experience throughout. We are happy to buy from her.
