He took the bag back and started to arrange the display shelf when I was still standing in front .. I said thanks when I left and he just nod his head without greet back. He has no sense what customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service rendered. Visited the boutique and had plans to make a purchase. However, at the very last moment of payment, the manager came forth to say that the item was reserved and could not be sold to me. What’s the point of displaying a reserved item? Furthermore, the boutique manager promised to get back to me with regards to the item, but up to date, nothing is heard from them. Totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually,today i want to go KENZO shopping for clothes and bags for my CNY.BUT the KENZO MBS staff really very no suitable to serve customers i think!Have (one long hair chinese lady staff) wearing bad face and bad attitude to serve me and try to rush me to go!Somemore never help me to find the clothes when i was show her some photo..I think KENZO really need choose carefully for your staff.Make sure your customers is happy shopping at your brand!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get Christmas gifts for friends. Love the Tiger's collection and I am excited to see what you guys have for CNY. Salesperson was understanding and accomodating. Overall, I am happy with their service and will definitely come back to shop for CNY.
