β β β β β My entire family, including my two children, 7 and 10 now, have been students at Oasis Holistic for some years. We find this family run, humble and very sincere yoga studio to be very true to the spirit of the practice of yoga, which appeals to us. The teachers, which are like an extended family here, are very kind, professional and knowledgable. Many are themselves students of direct students of the master, the late BKS Iyengar himself, so you have a very good lineage, which I think is important if one is interested in obtaining authentic teachings of a tried and tested practice. I should add that my wife is a senior physiotherapist and often recommends her patients to this studio for their own long term benefit.

β β β β β Lovely airy studio. Very reasonable group rates. 2nd lesson to date. Timothy would move around during class to check on students' positioning. Lots of props available for various poses. Restarting yoga after a long break. Oasis' way of teaching Iyengar yoga is what I've been accustomed to. Would highly recommend this studio. Hope to continue for as long as I'm able to. Thank you.
