Great job! The team and Alfred are very good and although my house was still very dusty from the post-renovation they managed to clean everything (including removing some difficult stains) within the 4 hours. Very efficient! Highly recommended for post-renovation cleaning.

Good professional cleaning service. Very satisfied with the cleaning. Staffs are happy to touch up for you if you identify any spots. Also did a upholstery cleaning for a sofa left by the previous owner and was very happy with the cleaning, odors were gone. Would be happy to engage them again!

My experience with them was really bad. The two young guys cleaned only places that are obvious and required me to tell them where to clean. Were not professional at all, playing loud music and even talking in phone while cleaning. So many places didn't clean properly, was charged above average but service was way below satisfying. My the other exp with kaodim assigned to some random company was better and cheaper. Contacted the cs was only offered to do a touch up at later date which won't work for me as my stuff are already moved in. Definitely don't recommend.

With regards to your response below, please see that my issue is not with the external window not being cleaned, but the window sills and as well as all corners as mentioned in my review below. Please also note that the picture with white dust was found within my house, not from external windows. In addition, you are a company providing a cleaning service and a certain quality is expected if we are paying $400 for it. Giving your customers the excuse that your workers are tired (as I see the same comments you give for all other bad reviews) does not make up for the fact that you have provided a dissatisfactory cleaning service. Lastly, the walk down should not have lasted 1.5hrs if the job was properly done. If I felt exhausted having to climb up and down, instructing your staff on which areas to clean, does not qualify as a pleasant experience for your customers? Firstly, cleaners arrived late. Secondly, cleaning service estimated to be 4hrs but was informed that it was completed in 2.5hrs. Thirdly, when I went down for the inspection and handover, I noticed that only obvious areas were cleaned. Hidden areas such as window sills, external top area of aircons, top surface of all doors, corners of wardrobes were all not cleaned (obviously not cleaned as there was white fine dust as I ran my hand over). I had to inspect my house thoroughly again and spent another 2-3hrs instructing your cleaners to clean again. Last but not least, I was rushed by your personnel to speed up the inspection although I was given such a unsatisfactory service. Overall I am deeply disappointed in having to pay close to $400 for “deep cleaning” service when you claim to be the best company in this area. I will definitely NOT recommend this cleaning company if you are looking for post renovation cleaning service!

Left my home, windows & cabinets & appliances spotless and gleaming for the 1st time. Very thorough. We had the disinfection too, so we're Covid-free and our guests needn't fear. Oh, and they removed the years-old grease stains on my oven toaster metal plate + sides, too, which I tried a few times in vain to scrub off. Many thanks to the two hardworking guys.

Need someone to clean up my place after a major renovation. My friend recommended me OCD. The admin support staff and staff (Jia Kang & Max) sent by the company did a good job and provide some advice as in what I need to follow up with my contractor. Though they are pretty young but were very experienced.

to be honest, i chose them for my deep cleaning needs because of their name. I had to schedule a last minute tenancy moving out cleaning and a home spring cleaning (moving in). All their staff are responsive, friendly, flexible, easygoing and above all trustworthy! I love how seamless it was to handover the cleaning to them with some of my requests and viola, it is done better than my expectations! For my tenancy case, there is no second chance and they did such a good job, the next tenant is able to move in! For my own house, it is decades old and now, is spick and span! The nastiest stains, frustrating stickons and army of ants are no big deal to them, the place is well taken care of. You can certainly trust these guys to deep clean your living space with no worry at all. They really make it look like new!! ????i will engage them again anytime and will recommend them to my family and friends too as i trust they will do a good job for them as well. For those with health concerns, they are elderly, babies, pets friendly too!

I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for the team of boys who did a deep clean of my home. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. It was my third attempt to find a good house cleaning service. The experience with the team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The team arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude.They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Followed by a checklist at the end of the cleaning which was very helpful for me to check the house thoroughly. Highly recommend!
