β β β β β Went there to make a Special Account and sadly was advised to get the original copy as they wonβt
accept one that was sent by email. Well guess I have to go back to my welfare assistance officer to retrieved the original copy. Time wasted but the bank is situated on the second floor of the Mall. Just went up by the escalator and you can see it.
Nice and presentable with helpful staff.

β β β β β Super slow teller services. Even with 3 out of 5 personnel at the counter, I had to wait 45 minutes for my turn with only 3 customers in front of me. Bank officers here take more than 15-20 minutes on average with each customer where they are mostly chitchatting, which I think is Bizarre.

β β β β β I visited this branch on 6th March 2020 for opening a new bank a/c but the experience was a very bad one, branch opens at 11 am I reached there at 11.01 am and I got the second token (8001) in the queue, there were 4 counters for personal banking and only one was operational (no. 9) at that time where a customer was being entertained (token no. 8000) and counter no. 8 was busy in something (maybe some backlog or whatever with heaps of papers) so was not able to entertain customers at branch.
Counter no. 6 and 7 started getting operational only around 11:25 am and upon asking I was told they are starting their systems so I should wait for some more time.
Upon my insistence that I just want someone to check if the documents I have till date (being new to country) and have already waited for more than 20 minutes, I was sent to counter no. 6 and the banker their very unwillingly started to look into my documents, without any customary greeting or even asking me to sit, finally told me without the actual EP card (which was under process) it would not be possible to open the bank a/c.
I thanked him for this info and again a cold gesture from him.
Would like to suggest if you are not bothered about customer delight, atleast follow basic etiquette. All the best.

β β β β β The Loan Ambassador, Tan Jun Quan, overpromise and say that the chances of getting the loan is 70 to 80%. When loan rejected, he will reply rudely "Why don't you go report police". He will hard push his product and mislead customer to sign the cash flo card. I am not the only customer that receive this kind of service. Poor service.

β β β β β well as a new customer i was given a debit card which was already looking sticky from 1 corner and my name first 2 alphabets already the color has gone out ... for the service i would say the CS were taking so much time to make decisions and to open a ban account it took me 90 mins. i would say please improve the service.

β β β β β I'm a non-Singaporean, and went there open up a bank account. I'm an EP holder To tell you the conclusion first, it was rejected 3 times due to wordings in my company letter. The thing is they told me different reasons of rejection every time I visited. What's funny is it came from the same teller's mouth. The bank as a whole is a low quality one I guess.

β β β β β Whole branch, only one atm working. When i use the one left to deposit cash, the machine just took my money and say unable to process. Ask the staff, no service was given and only ask to wait until i make noise. Even after making noise, they just put me in a room and i am writing this message now. If this is the service and maintenance done for a mall branch, especially with the news on the scams, is the bank really trustworthy enough to be used?

β β β β β Staff took turns to force me to buy other financial product when I request to place a time deposit! After I have declined to be forced into buying investment products at risk, they finally agreed to place my fixed deposit, shortly after, staff claimed entire computer system was down. Indeed scary OCBC City Square, the entire incident was like a scam event!
