★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 service staff was the highlight of my visit. She was kind, patient and courteous. Give her a raise because she alone will be the sole reason i m gonna be having more dunkin donuts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small yet sufficient. This Dunkin Donuts outlet at basement level B1 of City Square Mall is right by the entrance (also exit) of the mall to the MRT connect. Options are few but adequate and since the place is popular, they may run out of your favorite donuts if you don't get it in time. A good, clean place with good service and my recommendation to stop by if your sweet tooth needs a little TLC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there is minus start. I was there on yesterday, try to buy some donuts. Staff was senior lady and super rude.
She want me to say the donut names instead of pointing finger on it.
I told her two donut names she only hear one donut name and didn’t hear what was second one.
Then I point the second donut, then she start complaining like she can’t look for all the places in the show case where I point out and she didn’t want to look, in fact I just pointing only one donut right In front of her eye which is also on the top of the show case.
