★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visit to this ocbc tampines regarding credit cards n other enquiries. Waiting time is more than an hour. It's a blessing that I'm attended by a pleasant staff named Jasslynn Kam who patiently explained to me the whole procedure. She's helpful and courteous. Hope all the OCBC staffs can follow her way of service to customers with a true smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded! Came here at 1plus... 19 pax in from of me in queue. The customer service staff at the queue machine is very helpful. She assists many with their queries. Great to have a knowledgeable staff like her at the frontline. Though 19 in front, we came at 1.22p.m., at 1.36p.m., we are only 7 away. So pretty fast in clearing. 7 counters in all for counter service and 8 counters for personal banking etc. They also provide a sms notification when your turn is nearing so you do not have to wait at the branch. You can take a breather outside but more comfy to wait inside though... seating capacity about 25-27 for the counter services... the other side will be more of insurance accounts and other queries... also ample seating. Experience: pretty good Average waiting time: 30 minutes ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A year ago, the lady staff sitting in the cubicle who served me about investment her attitude was very rude. I immediately walked off cross the road to SC right opposite. Which I have been treated with sincere attention till now.
Hey, just because I dressed in Tee shirt and flip flops you can be rude and impatient to customer. Disappointed and you are going to agitate more customers with such attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait staff could've helped ask if they had coins for exchange, but instead made me wait an entire hour just for the counter staff to tell me they don't have sufficient coins on hand. This news could've been made know to me before I decided to waste an hour of my time sitting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited more than 1h just for cashier order, staffs keep moving me around cos they were confused whether i should go to counter service or personal banking booth, and had error in printing. RM kept picking up her phone when providing me service, quite annoying. Prefer to go to Stan Chart opposite
