★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to enquire about OCBC credit cards but the staff at the queue ticket counter was very eager to redirect me to online services without understanding my purpose of visit. I subsequently show her the interest-free installment plan that I saw from my institute’s website and she directed me to a Cashflo credit card, which I eventually found is not applicable to the plan that I wanted to enquire about. She was very determined to refer me to online services when she doesn’t even know her company’s product. It was truly frustrating explaining to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since after the renovation of Jurong point OCBC branch, the normal counters have been reduced to only three counters. The normal waiting has been increased from averaged 30 minutes to 3 times longer ( waiting time 1 & half hours). It has converted the counters to personal banking rooms which I see not much usages.
Furthermore, starting from 14 July 22 onwards, the operating time has been changed to 6 pm, but the website's operating time was not changed(closed at 7pm). OCBC has misled customers who came and were turned off by their officers. I am one of them. Very disappointed.
