โ โ โ โ โ Service is poor. The staff did not have the clear procedure/training. At the beginning telling me A after I get my Q and wait then he come and telling me B. My waiting Q is 0 person infront of me after 20 minutes of waiting one of the customer come in take Q number and direct walk to counter. I start questions them why the person no nd to wait for the Q number be call. 1 of the counter staff reply he was the regular customer.
Regular customer nd to take number but no nd to wait for they Q no be called?
