★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered the mini buffet set for some footballers to consume after a match. supposed to eat at 5pm. at 5pm i called them, they said they will call me again. at 520pm they called me to say the driver spilled food... and asked if they could deliver fast food 1 hour later. ? communication was hard as they are not proficient in talking in english.
anyway all the footballers went home hungry.
instead of emailing me back formally, they called me up to offer additional food for another round of catering. of course i did not take them up!
if they want to focus on big orders, they should not offer and accept small orders like mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously don't understand how you can actually cook and deliver the food as though like it's nothing. Its totally tasteless. We cater 16 pax and only 2 eat the food due to hunger, the rest didn't even bother to touch the food. Spoil vegetables. Totally tasteless. my goodness. If you want to cater, the least you could do is to taste your food before delivering them.
