Gave them an address but they went to abother address and blamed me instead. Kept scolding me over the phone and refused to help me move the things to the actual unit. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Ocean Pearl is the Singapore partner of my China freight forwarder ShenZhen Furong International Transportation Co Ltd. After my sea freighted shipments arrived in Singapore port, Ocean Pearl cleared my shipments from the port and phoned me to arrange delivery time. Thanks particularly to Jasmine who spoke good English and her able colleague who spoke good Mandarin to arrange the delivery time, my goods reached me within 2 hours of the scheduled time. The courteous delivery person also placed them at the spot I wanted. Thank you Ocean Pearl.
H	Hwee Hoon Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called me in the morning to deliver my stuff after 3 pm, told staff that the delivery must be before 6 pm, if not the next day. The staff then replied me that delivery next day morning will be difficult. So fine, I rescheduled my appointments from Wed afternoon to Thursday morning, and now at night, I have no idea if they are still going to deliver my stuff tonight cos I already rescheduled my other appointments to tomorrow(thursday) morning and will not be home to take the delivery. They are very poor in organization. and I have no feedback what is gg to happen to my stuff. I am worried cos I know there is no security once the stuff is loaded onto the truck, they will not drive it back to warehouse, they will leave the stuff in the truck exposed.
E	Eugene Gan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???I have why no idea our agent picked this. Delivered 4 out of 5 cartons, admitted that 1 is missing IN WRITING. After searching, ask us about the contents and we showed that what we ordered, thermal labels. Found a carton with similar thermal labels and told us it’s ours. We verified with our supplier and they said it is not from them. Ocean pearl then said that the carton has no label and our China agent did not declare the thermal labels and no claims can be made. My question is, if the cartons are not labeled, how did you deliver 4 of the 5 cartons in the first place. ALL our cartons are LABELLED! You tricked us into revealing the contents, found dubious similar items and now saying that you did not lose it, it’s all our fault? Our thermal labels are fully white ones and it’s so obvious those are not what we are using at the moment. Horrible service and blatant fault pushing!

They sent an SMS saying will be out for delivery on 02 Sept 21 but waited whole day and did not arrived. I called the hotline next day and the lady was helpful to check but did not get back to me until I call back again. My delivery arrived late at night (almost 9pm) and I could tell the 2 Chinese delivery guy were real exhausted which makes me feel bad. Would rate 5 stars if they would to inform that my delivery will be delay/postponed.

They left an SMS using a fake Singapore number which wouldn't pick up calls or respond to replies, leaving us to wait all day for the goods. Our freight forwarder couldn't get hold of them either. It's like they just went AWOL. The goods were delivered at night without too much damage but that's all the praise I can provide. Crass and rude, the deliveryman really got on my nerves. I struggled to understand him on the phone and in person and despite our explicit request, he insisted on wearing his work boots into our private residence (other deliverymen won't be so stubborn) Have requested to never be cursed with the services of this company again.
