When to their IMM outlet , very bad service, bad attitude especially the manager. Agree and over promise things cannot be done. Need to go back and forth for the refund 3k plus which take about a month . The manager at IMM outlet was rude, didn’t want settle thing and even raise his voice at my mum, hang up phone call. Before that, the sale person In-charge didn’t pick up phone call (5 call were made on different day ) and no notice of time change. They were very rude when that’s only my mum and I , but their attitude change 180% when one of our guy family members come down and talk to them. The installation team was fine, kind and explain why aircon can’t be fix . But sale team at IMM was terrible. Definitely will not recommend it to other. After the incident, we then realise that’s actually a lot of other family went through bad experience too . One of the worst experience we ever met.

front office was good but installer doesn't care must about your house design, they just install the trunks as per their convenient and most of them are foreign worker which makes communication even harder!

Please reconsider carefully before you decides to used their service or products, although their prices might be a little bit lower. But I guarantee you that it will be the beginning of your nightmare. My aircon set was purchase, install and service by them since day one, as the aircon set was install at my tenanted house, I was always not present during their servicing. Fyi, my air con is 7 years old this year. Two years back when my tenant feedback that there is minor leaking, I approach Best Tech , they wanted me to pay for chemical cleaning to my fan coil and general cleaning to my CU, with a total price of $350 + $50, their manager Mr Soman claim that he had given me a special price due to long term customer. I trusted them, let them go over to do up chemical wash without myself been present , however the problem was getting worse as the days go by, this round they suggested that I redo the process, but chemical wash my CU and fancoil , charging me at $360 and $90 respectively the following year, likewise, I trusted their service, again I am not present during the process. This two chemical wash took place on 10 & 11 th July 2017 this year. However the problem got worse after that, pls refer to picture attached. When I call Best Tech and tell them the problem , they agree to send someone over to check on the unit and agree to waive off the $50 checking charges. I was there this round with their technician Vincent, upon arrival, instead of doing his checking , he keeps recommending me to change the trunking, piping, wiring and full new sets of air con etc, I suggest to him that we take a look at the equipment before I commit on changing. While checking on the CU and fancoil, he was surprised that it was covered with thick layer of dust and choke the whole system thus causing all this leaking. I ask him to be my witness , that in fact chemical wash was not done , He refused and says that he does not wish to betray his colleague. Out of no choice I take pictures of it, send to their office as proof, after much negiotation, they agree to come over to clean it, I had to take another day leave just to be with my teanant and make sure they do the right job this round. The day comes, their arrived earlier than agreed time, I was not there yet. What they do really surprise us, their guys merely used a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust, which any layman can also do, the whole procedure takes around 9 minutes. My tenants looking at the shappy sloopish work, ask him to wait for me. Upon arrival, I protest against only vacumming, I am expecting them to do the chemical wash as they had collected the monies without doing it, for the past 2 years. I only expect them to do on the CU, which is too obvious that no cleaning was done at all. Pls refer to picture attached. When I call the office, to look for their manager Mr Soman, the staff keeps saying that he is engage , after many rounds of call, they finally claim that the Manager Soman is out of the office, they says he is the management decision maker and had refuse to give me their actual boss number to call. Finally he only whats app me and ask for $180 more just to do the chemical wash on the CU. , I try to call his Hp immediately, he dare not pick my call, subquently he off his mobile phone. After this very bad experience with their so call top management acting so irresponsible , I had wasted so much time on my annual leave, to coordinate with my tenant to be at home to wait for them, but all they care is trying to extract more and more money from us. Now the conclusion was that they had already collected all the monies upfront, get their man there to show face and consider job done. Dear Public, pls be very careful when you deal with them, they will give you a low quote but ultimately they do not perform what they promise you, they will put down on the invoice as general servicing and ultimately makes it difficult to argue your facts. So pls think twice, thrice before using their service. It's a terrible nightmare !

Recently installed Hitachi AC system 4 and found the workers Dharma, Gazi and Rubel very good at their job. Not forgetting the salesperson Jessie Chia who is convincing and helpful.

After renovation done just 2 months because of poor workmanship aircon start leaking, will ever n never recommend. When things happens totally no customer service to call me back, Hope that management's can help me please

Seems like they are selling sofas as well at Tan Boon Liat Building and I got a set off them. They told me that the item will be brand new straight from the warehouse but when it arrived it’s dirtied and stained. Worse is that there is a hole on the sofa. Texted them and they told me that they will get the servicing team to contact me. They reached out to me but after I sent them the photos they went dead silence. Mr Tey who sold me the set also no responding. Don’t ever purchase the sofas at the showroom at Tan Boon Liat Building. You can get better ones out there. I learnt my lesson and will never get anymore things from them.

Purchased 1 of the most expensive set from them. Damaged my wall during trunking, damaged my AC unit. NOTHING from them at all.... Left me with no choice but to vent out something here. My fellow customers, I would not recommend them at all. If u do, prepare to chase them rather than expecting auto update/s. And when u chase, dont expect a response. They sweep the issue away...

Their services is super bad. This maintaince guy by the name of Yong, he came to my parents place to simple jus do serving. From aircon can use until aircon spoil. Then came 2nd time for repair took out all the parts and claim that he will come back in the evening. In the end he didn't and jus went Mia leaving the mess at my parents place. Then next day come and tell us cannot find parts then maybe come back today to cover the parts up. Hello what kind of service is this. Best tech from imm I am very disappointed with ur after service. Look at what they do? Is it call professionalism. Best tech you better review your service and this person call Yong. Terrible service.
