Unscrupulous seller. Brought a philip UV lamp from them earlier and asked for exchange as the lamp shut off prematurely by itself before the set time, send multiple video to the seller on the faulty item but seller claimed it was normal after checking andrefused to exchange. After going one whole round and even complain to shopee(the platform which we brought from) ,the seller finally agree for exchange BUT gave us a faulty one AGAIN!! THE LAMP CANNOT EVEN BE TURNED ON FOR GODNESS SAKE! NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP! Worse customer service and after service! 0 star for you!???
