In response to the comment below. We indeed terminated early our lease (which was renewed without us being informed by the way) and had an agreement with the team that our deposit will be refund on certain conditions that we fulfilled. But once we had fulfilled our conditions, they decided to change the rules. Again, it is all about business practices :)
