★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A smaller place compared to the other DTF branches. They only sell 5 pieces of xiao long bao per basket. Do not have the 10 pieces per basket. Food do take a while to serve and they get the receipt mixed up during payment but the counter staff is helpful and professional to resolve it quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many items missing on an already smaller menu. Xiao long baos came in baskets of 5 only and cost more than other outlets. We ordered tea (need to pay) and the staff forgot to serve until we prompted (that's after almost all the dishes were served). Most disappointed on them not having many usual dtf favourites. Redeeming factor is the friendly staff but still not recommended. Please go to other dtf outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Din Tai Fung is very loud, has a more limited menu compared to most, and to add some insult to injury they were out of both chicken xiaolongbao as well as vegetarian dumplings this visit. I love Din Tai Fung in general, and the food they did have was as delicious as always. Staff were very attentive and kept our tea cups filled. But if they have a limited menu, they ought to make sure they at least have that limited menu in stock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to your raffles city outlet with my friends today. My friend got almost hit by a tray trolley as the cleaner was taking it away. The cleaner in white shirt with a pink shirt inside looked at my friend and said something in mandarin angrily then walked away fast before I can reach out to her. He is a eurasian, it was my first time bringing him to the place and such a incident happened. Dear Din Tai Fung please tell your cleaners that this is Singapore not CHINA. Please teach them some basic english especially on how to apologize when they are wrong and train them to be patient when handling tray trolleys. The food was not good as it was said to be also.
