Do not buy online, my case has been 5 or more month, the chager cant function at all, call the ogawa crew the office, they said want to change mh chager but till now... they quite no reaction

The Ogawa GENIX is very problematic. Noisy sound in less than 2 days. Got louder too. After changing New piece other problems surface and noisy sound reiccurred. ENDLESS PROBLEMS. VERY inferior and LOW QUALITY product. Instead to let you Relax it annoys you.

I bought my massage chair from Ogawa in mid 2014. The model is Smart Delight. Two years into using the massage chair, the synthetic leather began to peel off on the backrest. I replaced for about $250. The next year, the bottom rest portion also started to peel off, and I replaced for $140. Subsequently, a year later, all the airbags gave way. At end 2018, the leg rest, head rest, and some other parts also started to peel badly. I called the Ogawa Centre and they said that I need to pay $1,100 to get all of the issues fixed. Although the customer service is polite, the quality of the product is a complete disappointment. Within a five year period, the number of issues is shocking. I will not want to buy their products in the future.

Just to shared my experience here. I've purchased their Omknee Therapy foot massager 4 to 5 years back. During my purchase, I was told that the machine may loose certain pressure or strength after some times. However, such problem can be rectify by sending it back to their service centre for calibration. Now that I'm facing the problem of lost pressure and strength of the machine, I've sent it back to their service centre for calibration but instead, I was told that they are unable to do any calibration but need to replace parts. Sadly, they no longer produce spare parts for this model and nothing much they can do. Their CS told us that it is an industries practice that the manufacturer will STOP producing space parts after 5 years. Just imagine if you were to purchase a massage chair that cost you few thousands dollars, and after using for 5 years, if any parts faulty, you can only choose to use it as a normal chair or to dispose it. So consider carefully before any impulse purchase.

Ogawa's after sales support is the worst I had encountered.ย  We purchase the massage chair 3 years back and the skin on the back rest plus seat started peeling about a year back.ย  We contacted them to request for a replacement on 3 May 2021.ย  They provided a quote and told us delivery will take 3 to 6 months.ย  We accepted, understanding delays are unavoidable during this pandemic period. We again contacted them a few times over the last 2 months and again last week for an update.ย  Repeatedly,ย  they told us they have no visibility on delivery date for the replacememt part. We are totally disappointed with the lack ofย  after sales service. Think twice before you make the purchase,ย  product quality is poor & afters sales support is the worst we had encountered

If possible...I will give zero star! It takes forever for the company to arrange for delivery. Calls were not answered and basically nobody is there to help u. (Company starts work at 9am and nobody is there to pick up call till 10am! Any extension u press will not be answered or responsed! Worst experience!

I read all the bad reviews and would like to add to it. They don't pick up calls and frankly I like the product and has been singing praises about it. Now they lost another loyal customer and they can kiss my business good bye.
