Left my new commercial shop renovation to them, totally hassle free and super reasonal pricing for their works. Kelvin was a great point of contact and helped me Arrange everything as I was busy setting up admin stuffs. Will Definitely look for them again.

Been looking around and reading reviews before finally deciding to engage EightSeven Studio for my commercial renovation as I had previous bad experience with another ID firm. Kelvin and his team has been very transparent about their pricing and what they have to offer me for my shop renovation, even provided very detailed 3D drawings for me to visualize what design I am getting before I decided to commit, they even went the extra mile to help me make some last minute changes upon my urgent request. I definitely recommend EightSeven Studio to everyone who's looking for a trustworthy and professional ID firm!

Buyers beware. Perhaps the worst contractor we have ever seen. Poor workmanship, irresponsible, miss dateline, spew vulgarities to customers when unable to complete as per schedule. Will sweet talk you into engaging them though, and show their true color halfway. Gangster company.

Thumbs up to 87s designer April Tan. We found 87s online and send out enquiry to them. We met our designer April, and her idea were very helpful to our house design. Renovation progress are smooth. Workmanship i would say it's acceptable. Whenever we have issues with the renovation progress, we would inform April and responses was well revert to us. Project handover was delayed for 1 day with acceptable reason. Would recommend to my friend and family.

"Excellent design service and workmanship" My wife and i engaged eighty seven studio back in last december for my 3 bedder condominium. Kelvin was assigned to us to do our house design. We compared 6 id firms design and quotation and shortlisted 87 and another firm for comparison. Kelvin's respond to me was very efficient, and we met for 4 times before we signed the contract. Before actual started, we were presented with the 3D drawings and although there are several changes along the way, kelvin was able to execute our request and with some of his useful creative ideas really helps us save a lot! We requested our renovation to be completed before the chinese new year festive. During the renovation, there are some minor hiccups and when we realise it and inform kelvin, he was quick and efficient to resolve the matter for us. The entire renovation took about 5 weeks to fully complete. But lucky enough that we're able to have our complete renovated home before chinese new year. A big thumbs up to kelvin and his team. Will definitely refer friends and family to kelvin.

Was introduced by an acquaintance who had done a similar commercial renovation to this firm. Although it was not my first choice of ID firm, the boss Kelvin definitely did a good job to address my concerns. He is very responsive and reasonable in the charges for each item. Even though there were changes made along the way, the project was still completed as scheduled. Kudos to the team!

we found eighty-seven studio through google and Send in our enquiry. Me and my wife was very satisfied with ID kelvin, speedy reply and service. Through the discussion, he suggested us on the rights and wrongs of something we wants to do and gave us our quotation within a shot period of time. During the reno's progress we have to be on an oversea business trip, kelvin keep us updated with site photo although there's few miscommunication, the problem was solved swiftly. The whole renovation took about 4weeks with 2days touch up works. Overall, I'm have gain my trust with the this company and will surely recommend to my friends and family.
