Only place I have tried that fries their potatoes first before cooking in the sauce. Gives the potato and crisp outside and soft inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am no expert on mala food, but me and my husband love the peanut sauce mala dry hotpot. One of my favorite dishes in Singapore. Sadly it’s out of delivery range for us now but during lockdown we had it atleast once a week. Highly recommended!!
