Yums the word Roasted duck skin...nicely roasted ti a crisp with a thin layer of fat under the skin to add to the flavour...and flesh was wet marinated and soft Roasted meat as an add on ...no regrets...not too fatty...and the orangey skin was like crispy cracker Tip...ask for the sauce to be drizzled over rice onky and not after the meat is placed on... able to better taste the crispy skin of either meat
