The stall is always busy and have a great variety of dishes. Many of their dishes have wok hey taste! I like their fried porridge and stir fried pork liver.

I returned again recently and the fried porridge had an even deeper flavour, which was great! I definitely enjoyed both visits for the fried porridge here. The dry bah kut teh was also pretty awesome, though I'd have enjoyed it more if the sauce was thicker(and dryer).. if that made any sense ? The deep fried intestines was done pretty well too - tender, with a crispy outer layer. Deep fried pork balls are decent.

Bak Kut Teh (SGD $8) @ Old World Bakuteh. . They're reowned for their fried porridge (an uncommon dish), but their namesake BKT is pretty good as well. . Their soup is done Chinese Teochew style, clear and fragrant with a light savoury peppery spice kick, though refilling means you have to bring the bowl back to the stall. . The pork ribs are chunky with thin silvers of fat, rendering it succulent and tender with bold meaty sweet savoury salty flavour. . Their pickled salted mustard greens are crisp and juicy with vegetal salty sweet flavour, while the warm white rice has grainy sweet flavour.

Ordered the mix pig organ fried porridge $6. I was quite lucky as the queue wasn't that long, went there for lunch on a weekday. To be honest, I've never had anything like this before, I mean, the fried porridge. It's definitely an interesting flavour but I must say, it goes really well with the pig organ. Taste even better with vinegar and white pepper haha. Would I recommend? Absolutely yes!

The Signature Mixed Pigโ€™s Organ Fried Porridge is the highly raved dish. They literally โ€œfryโ€ the porridge over high flame until it is filled with wok-hei upon order. Worth trying! ? Another dish that you should try is the Cheese Seafood Bee Hoon. The been hoon are coated with rich thick savoury creamy sauce that comes with a hint of seafood umami and wok hei. Love the cheese flavour! ? We tried their Signature Bak Kut Teh that is clear, slightly peppery broth with tender pork ribs.

Tried this place after many people raved about it. We went there at around 10.15am and they are already opened! Tried the pork slice fried porridge and the cheesy seafood bee hoon. The fried porridge has a good wok hey and taste nice with a little charred taste, which makes it good. The cheesy seafood bee hoon is creamy with a hint of curry, cheese taste. Its really yummy. But I feel that if one person take.. It could get a bit boring. So mixing it up with the fried porridge or other dishes will make the food more fun to share and try!

The first time I try fried porridge. Was wondering what it is. It taste marvellous! I never like porridge, but this fried version actually have the wok hey taste and with the mixed pork condiments, it really taste delicious! As for the Bak Kut Teh, I prefer it to be softer and more peppery.
