Worse customer service ever, avoid this stall and the one at punggol at all costs, they try to overcharge customers by purposely inputting higher prices, and the workers have the worst kind of attitude when speaking with customers and taking orders.

I always order from this shop ☺️ I love spicy and the portion of food it always generous.

Been very Long term customer via food panda. They forgot to give my rice. I message via help centre but no reply. I will never order again.

Ordered Mala Tofu with less oil for $6 - the photo really does speak for itself. All you can taste is really just oil and the 'ma'. Firstly, I asked to pay by grabpay as i saw that it was an option. The shop lady said I couldn't because she has already keyed the entry in (um so?) and insisted on cash - yup okay. I do not get the logic. But okay. Secondly, when i ate my first bite of tofu, I kid you not... The ma was so insane that I promise all my taste buds were numb and desensitized. Yes, I understand that that is 'ma' but this experience was next level. And to say the least - inedible (I know I can't speak for all but I reckon I do have pretty high spice tolerance for an average Singaporean). Thirdly, so I went up with the plate of tofu and explained to the lady it was impossible to eat. And of course she said it is 'ma' because mapo tofu. I told her i understand that (as I have eaten many mapo tofus in my lifetime) but this is another level of ma - one that i feel most people will not be able to handle. She then turned to talk to the chef whom she called 'shuai ge' to explain and he said the exact same thing and pretty much just ignore what i had to say. - so yes they refused to do anything about my sad looking inedible plate of tofu which was just left untouched (and i honestly hate food wastage but I just couldn't...) Long story short, I can handle bad tasting food but bad attitude and customer service... really deserves this one star. One star is plenty for what you will get for your buck. I would really ask you to consider twice (maybe thrice) before ordering from this shop.

Ordered mala Xiang guo for the first time here. The taste here is just nice. No high expectations. There are other Chinese dishes from this stall. Maybe will give a try again for other foods from the menu. Thanks.

Have ordered always on Grab app and first time eating at the physical store. Taste wise feel that the ordered ones is better, maybe is due to the length of time the ingredients are left to soak up the sauce for the delivery. Order is served within 15mins upon order, which is pretty good. For this dine-in, the large intestines are pretty foul which spoiled the experience. Apart from the intestines, rest of the stuff was pretty good.
