★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing clinic, surely the best one our kids have been, even comparing to the ones in my home country. Dr Tan has a special care for all the kids and she is really keen to help and support parents and their children, besides of being a super kind and pleasing person. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan Siew Pin is one of the most patient, thoughtful and kind paediatricians we've encountered. She gives focused attention to children who consult with her, and treats them with the same level as respect & consideration as she would their parents or other adults. We've brought our 3 kids to see her since our #1 was born in 2005. We highly recommend Dr Tan Siew Pin.

I was recommended this doctor who questioned me like I was being interrogated, didnt really listen to me until I repeated myself over and over. Didnt do basic checks on my child which is why I went, she just looked at him and then asked me a bunch of unrelated things. I can’t believe I walked out with a bill of 400 dollars for a chat that was less useful than google articles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Did nothing to check my child. Told me all the things I did wrong. Was abrupt, took long to even listen to me, kept talking AT me rather than talking to me. Then prescribed medication with known side effects causing it to be discontinued globally. Then charged me 300 bucks just on consultation. Don’t even bother going, so appalled.
UPDATE: since you questioned my integrity and accused me of lying about my post, with a generic response that you copy pasted, here is a picture of my receipt. Next time, get your facts straight and don't take for granted the reviews that are on here. I usually don't do this, but you didn't deserve the rating and nor my money.

The receptionists are always considerate and honest (great for walk ins as they will tell you whether they have the time or not, which i appreciate as i don't want to be waiting hours to see a doctor for a sick child). Both doctors are amazing and take such care of my 3 children. They listen to my concerns and never dismiss my feelings or judge my parenting style. They will call for follow ups and if the child isn't improving they will suggest for a second consult which I appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan is good with her diagnosis and very thorough with her checks and explanation. Have been there since my toddler’s first month assessment, very impressed with her consultation and advice on everything to do, how, when, why, where for the baby. Though consultation is on the pricey side, but worth it! The reception ladies will do follow up checks on your child 2-3 days after our visits and will advise accordingly. Even if clinic is closed, their line is open and it directs to the doctor ?? To be honest, waiting time is short when you call to take a queue, but even if you walk in, they have never said no to see your child, really appreciate this!
