★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the 2 & 3 seater fabric sofa from ur co abt :15 years ago and it still v good except the seating and back cushions needs to be replaced. All are 10 loose pieces. I loved this sofa set v much and wondered ur co can assist to do a replacement and wats the cost?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our sofa there. 2 issues:
1) Sofa came with lights at the side. The power of this light is supplied by a 2 flat pin China plug. We had pursued and spoke to the sales person- Sky to get a three pin Singapore plug but to no avail. We were told to use a travel adapter with our new sofa and they had promised to revert. It's been a month but no follow up... Totally non existant after sales service, not any different from a distributor with no localisation of their product. Personal opinion- Might as well buy from taobao?
2) Delivery person knocked and damaged our neighbour's altar along the common corridor but denied it despite us seeing them having trouble maneuvering the delivery at the exact same spot.
All these problems have been conveyed to the company but we were ghosted. Hence I am sharing my experience here.

Bought 2 sofa from them. One of it started peeling within the 1st year, Yes, the very first year. They simply refuse to honor the warranty and gave lousy reasons that didn't make sense at all. Eventually got away with it.
Yes they do have good sofa like the other one I bought but they also have really lousy and yet expensive ones. When buying customer service damn good, when wanting to claim, face change. Beware.
