Very bad service attitude from this ID - Noel. He doesn’t follow up when he said he would, and just very flaky overall. There are better IDs out there!

Great job by Everlene! She was transparent and easy to communicate with. Responsible and happy with the renovation. She kept me informed of the progress most of the time and gave me recommendations on how to make the house / renovation better. Definitely will recommend my friends to Everlene. I am most satsified with the toilets (had the biggest overhaul) renovation. She was able to ensure that my expectations were met.

Excellent job done by our ID Steven. Meticulous in his work and display great patience. Though the duration was slightly delay dued to convid situation but he was able to complete everything within our time-frame. Good job. Great personality. Excellent worksmenship. ?

I took up a reno plan from Omnidesign in end Feb. Recently just before June, the reno was completed. The interior designer name is Angel. I rarely write review, but take this as an exception due to the stress and frustration I have been through for the few months. The first 2 months was OK. Problem starts after the 2nd major payment was paid. Mistake after mistake started to surface. Wrong lamination used for kitchen cabinet. Which is a major mistake. The ID in charge did not notice at all when she forward the photos to me taken by the workers. Wrong table top for bathroom installed, again the ID never notice. Extra power point installed into my kitchen tiled backdrop, missing power point in living room. Again ID never notice. Her job is very simple, she will just forward the photos taken by her workers to me. Without checking. Me as a client has to point out to her what's wrong. Mind you, I have my own 9-5 job. Her job is overseeing the renovation project. Yet she fails to pick up any of the glaring mistakes. No apology at all. Because she said it's not her fault, problem lies with the workers. Everyday I am stressed at what will go wrong next, because I have a renovation ID who do not bother to check the work and job on my behalf. It doesn't end here. Kitchen basin drainage leaks. The basin and drainage set was from IKEA. Found out that the plumber actually threw away a crucial part of the drainage system, they end up using silicon as an alternative to stop the leak, but it still leaks. So I gotta go get another set to replace it myself. Leaking stop. Light in bathroom not working after electrical works. Requested ID to ask the electrician to double check, job done. Light works fine, I am happy for a few minutes, then suddenly it stop working again. End up I had to take out the light myself and I discover the wire was not splice properly hence the electric current is intermittent. I gave a second chance to double check but comes back with problem again. Me as a paying client has to roll up my sleeve to do plumbing and electrical work myself. Many other small little mistakes here and there, I have to point out and tell her. It's like she's never there to do any checks for the client. Her job is to wait for workers to send her photos for completed jobs and forward those photos. Until the reno was done, not a single apology from Angel the ID. All her replies were always "noted, thanks for highlighting", "will put this under records" bla bla bla!! Put under record for what!?!? To cover own backside? I need her to do a good job and not just to put those mistakes under record! Items charged were also messy. My wife gotta sit down and go through every items charged. And we have to point out to her what was over charged and what was not charged. We are like doing her part of the job and doing our own rectification checks and work. This has to be one of the worse if not the worst experience we have with a interior design company. We might as well just get a contractor to coordinate everything for us, if what we need is just coordination. Unfortunately, we are tied with our day job, we need someone competent to not only coordinate but also manage the whole project for us. Sorry to say, this ID Angel failed terribly, and not a single apology for all the mistakes done. Am very disappointed. Her only strength is to ask for payment. *recently found out that water in both bathroom stagnant in the middle after showering. It's common sense to lay tiles at a slight angle so water can flow to the drainage. From the start I already emphasized on it. End up still stagnant water problem. *carpentry work is below average. Most cabinet door feels shaky when opening. Doors are not aligned nicely too. I check the hinges for the cabinet door, I think the quality is sub standard, hence the shaky door. *tiling worksmanship is also below average. *silicon for carpentry crack, came to reapply. Crack again. I give up, bought silicon myself and apply. Until now it's ok. I guess the silicon they used are of bad quality.

Just completed my home renovation (4room flat) two months ago. Darren was assigned to my home project and he did not disappoint us with the results. Darren was attentive and patient with our requests. Most importantly, he delivers our home on time and we are happy to he able to move in on time. Although there are some "hiccups" along the way, Darren assured us and fixed the "hiccups" promptly. I highly recommend Darren as your personal ID. Thank you Darren!

We were very lucky to have had our ID, Noel, assigned to us to renovate our office unit. He was responsive from the start till the end of the project, and 100% never failed to answer our concerns immediately, even at odd hours. Not all IDs are as present and approachable, and we are so appreciative of it. We had an extremely tight timeline, and he worked fast with the various contractors to ensure our deadline and needs were met. Some rectifications had to be done, and Noel always showed accountability and made sure things were corrected. Not only is Noel responsible and committed, he is also very friendly and easy to work with. He gives clients the space for design ideas, while also chipping in his own. Overall, it was a really great experience working with Noel, and I am glad we found him at Omni Design.

Noel from Omnidesigns was extremely creative and helpful throughout our entire home interior planning and renovation process. Costs were transparent, and there is no hard selling. Recommendations are truly based on understanding our needs first. We really appreciated this. What was most impressive was Noel’s ability to creatively think out of the box when there were several unforeseen circumstances. He was also the only ID who was able to give us a sensible space planning solution for our kitchen needs! Highly recommended for those who want a practical and beautiful home to live in, at very reasonable prices!

Our contractor was Angel. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish and so content with the service provided by her and Omni design. We have received so much compliments on our house from all our friends and family and could not be more satisfied with the finished product - it is everything we envisioned and more. Angel gave many suggestions on the layout which we are extremely grateful for especially because we were very confused many times.She suggested a more unique and unconventional concept for our false ceiling which we were wary about at first but ended up loving how it turned out so much. She was the one who selected the backdrop for our TV feature wall which turned out to be one of the best parts of our house. She understood our vision very clearly and suggested a seamless design which complements our home really well. Another impressive thing is the wide range of designs that they have which gave us countless options to choose from. Moreover, she always finished her work within her timeline which made the entire process extremely smooth. We are so pleased with the entire house and have absolutely fallen in love with the interior. If we have the opportunity again in the future, we will definitely engage Angel again for the renovation. She really is like an angel. We strongly recommend her for your renovation needs as she is an extremely responsible, efficient and creative person!
