Product itself is great, high quality, solid. Most importantly.... The after sales service is fantastic (even though I'm living in Kuala Lumpur). Trust me they will solve your problems from beginning to very end. They will only stop until you're satisfied. No regret in getting their product!

Got an Omnidesk ascent in December 2021, got it delivered January 2022. I like the table, but the quality and feel is not what I was expecting it to be. What I do like is their customer service and warranty. Overall happy with my purchase. I will be recommending to others too. Hopefully the standards of service will be maintained.

I bought the Omnidesk Ascent Wildwood+ series. Upon delivery, I was mesmerized by the beauty of the table (slab of the pheasant wood). I've encountered issues with the controller on the 2nd day of purchase. The controller that controls the desk was faulty and needed to be replaced/inspected by the team. I reached out to the team via email with a recording of the video I took showing the faulty controller. Big shout out to Sandy from the support team - she was quick to initiate a service recovery to get my controller replaced. All it took was a few email exchanges (and some pictures/videos) and my faulty controller was on its way of being replaced. (Shout out to the two dudes that replaced my controller too, they were super friendly and explained how to use the controller.) All in all, I am still extremely happy with my purchase. This is a beautiful and functional table - both for work and play. Some genuine feedback to the team - you might want to fix your upload function on your website as I faced some difficulty uploading the video - you might wish to dedicate more resources to the inbound call centre team, I had hard time reaching out to a voice I could speak with regards to my faulty controller(its super frustrating for the end user)

Tabletop had sinking issues due to double monitor arm. Contacted support and they sent a replacement out of good will. It usually takes about 2-3 days (max i had to wait was 10 days) to get one reply during correspondence. But a reply is better than no reply. Should have went for Wildwood tabletop instead. For the extra sturdiness. Double monitor arm with 2 monitors is really heavy.

Good experience at their studio at Bendemeer Road - sales consultant Angeline did a good job explaining the features and providing great advice on customizing the table top solution. Great post sales support as well from Sandy via email. Delivery and installation came just 4 days after placement of order. Team came within stipulated timeframe and installation was quick and hassle free. First impressions post set up is great. The Ascent natural hevea table top looks sturdy. The electric motor (to raise / lower the table) is also quiet.

Might have already gave a comment, but nothing wrong with giving another since I'm very satisfied with Omnidesk's product and service. Their support was excellent in handling my issue with their delivery partner. There was a lack of communication on that side, but Omnidesk's teams communication was excellent in squashing any worries I had a bout delivery. As for the product, I am greatly satisfied with the build quality and ease of assembling. It was easy to assemble and am happy with the build quality. Highly recommended.

We got our Omnidesk today and think it looks great in our study room with the timber flooring. The order process was straightforward and delivery was prompt with assembly included and really fast. We got updates along the way and customer service was helpful and friendly with the delivery arrangements. The desk looks great and we love the ability to adjust the height. Their desks come in a range of sizes, tops, and other options to suit everyone. The one in the photo here is a Pheasantwood desk from their Wildwood+ collection and the size is XL, which was ideal for us as it can accommodate our printer, computer, and additional storage, while still leaving plenty of space for papers and other things. If you're in the market for a nice desk, especially a motorized one, these are a really good choice.

Great product and helpful service at the Experience Studio, though it is kinda perplexing why the first thing we were asked upon entering is if we representing a company, as apparently the studio is meant for corporate customers? Hmmm. It is not stated on their brochures or website. Nonetheless, it was nice to be able to experience the range of options as there are certain attributes that will be hard to ascertain through a screen, such as the glossiness of the wood options, the smoothness of the motor and stepping on the two size options of the standing mats.
