Highly Disappointing, bought a coffee table in Aug 20, was told to pay in full even though they say product will arrive in Oct 2020, Oct 2020 came and they say Nov and then promised end of Dec 2020. Still have not received, called them on 2nd Jan 21, they say end of Feb 2021. Finally i forgo and ask them to refund. so if they going to drag my refund, i will proceed to CASE

Highly disappointed with quality of service. Based on promotional ad's i saw, ordered study desk in early March. It was supposed to be already in stock with expected delivery end of April. I understand considering the circumstances there can be delays, but the least you expect is the team to be upfront and inform promptly of the same. Never has the team done this. Every time i had to follow up before the delivery dates, only to be informed its delayed to another date. And same happens when i call again on new dates. It has been 4.5 months since i placed the order and yet to get the table delivered or to get one call from the team informing of delays. Pls. beware and don't fall for the last 3 days sale/promotional offers which is apparently always shown on their website.

Went to this retail store. Not a big place but a lot of wooden furniture. The quality of the wood is good and solid. Humidity of the wood (tested by their meter) is below 10%. Very fine detail structure to Ensure durability. It will last very Long. The price is not expensive. In fact it is quite cheap. Only thing is that the pre-order needs 2-3months. Bought 2 furniture. Overall, good buying experience.

Worst customer service, we asked for a particular display cabinet, the price didn't match with the "sale" price, also first they told us to buy the same cabinet, and when we asked whether we can check it, suddenly the counter person said the unit is sold already, the lady over there was clueless. Never had such worst experience before

Very disappointed to finally write this review 10 months later. I've initially made my purchases in Sept 2020 at their Kallang Bahru warehouse. The sales process was fantastic and I was very impressed with their items and reasonable pricing. The only catch was the items would need a 2months wait. They could even customize whatever shade of wood varnish colours or white. I paid for 7 items out of which 2 of them were readily available which I took delivery. Everytime I called up to ask for an update of the delivery status, I was always told its covid situation and so they needed 1-2 mths wait. The delivery schedules always keep postponing without fail. As there were no sight of delivery at all, I contacted the bank of my credit card and was told I can request for a charge back if I can prove that items were not delivered within 120 days. I contacted the company first to inform them about my plans and they immediately relented and offered to refund. I said I'm willing to come down to make a new payment again so I can get a new lease of 120 days protection - I was flatly rejected. They say for 2nd time payment I can only pay by cash/NETS. I offered to topup for the bank fees due to credit card transaction fees but they wouldn't let me but offered to order the items in and I can pay after it was delivered. After for 6 months I received 1 bookshelf which I paid to the delivery guy. There was some damage and they were quick to rectify it with a carpenter the next few days but the end result was worse because the carpenter used putty + superglue to fill the hole and painted over it hastily. It was a 10mins job and we regretted, should have left it alone but nonetheless we were so grateful 1 item was delivered! 4 more big items to go! We kept on chasing Keny, sometimes Winston and occasionally Dave. Many a times no replies at all. Finally after 10 months, Winston called me to tell me that because they have refunded to me, their Indonesia warehouse did not prioritize the work. So they worked on many other orders, but not mine. But this was not what they said then! I offered to pay again in full many months ago but it has to be using credit card so there is some protection for consumer but they just wouldn't allow. Winston suggested if I come down to make payment in cash/nets, they would process my order again and it should come 2 months later. But this was the same excuse all these while. Its only at this point I realized I was taken for a ride. The only reason they wanted cash / NETS and not credit card is because they are not confident to deliver the items and so if this company goes bankrupt, there goes the full deposit. Imagine so many people buying things from them without getting delivery, where would the cash go if the company goes bankrupt? Its beginning to look like a scam. Whoever gets out last, gets burnt. I'm glad I had the chance to exit and move on. But this exposes serious ability for the company to remain a going concern.

I bought a wooden bed frame and a sofa. The bed frame arrived promptly but they never touched up the slight dent which I requested during the purchase. The sofa is supposed to arrive 6-8 weeks later but it was cancelled by them on the 9th week. They told me the refund will take a further 2 weeks to process. Please don't ever buy from them as the customer service is non existent. I felt like a creditor chasing for debt by texting and calling them for updates. They are only interested to sell stuff but have absolute zero customer service.

Made my purchase in July 2021 for a display cabinet and 2 bedside tables under Laura Lauren and was advised that I had to wait for 4-6 weeks for the items to arrive. I understand that there may be delays in shipping and I called them periodically for updates, and every time was told a story around the delays caused by covid, then the canal then typhoon. When one of the item finally arrived, there were defects on it. The designs look good but they clearly have an issue managing logistics and meeting customer expectations and commitment. Update Nov 2021 - received a refund for my purchases. They tried to fix the cabinet but the defect is still visible so we agreed to return the cabinet and full refund was given.

Updated: refunded on the same day of this review. Was told that their accounts have missed out this refund. Was a happy customer last time as item purchased delivered however, of the few items we bought, one bar stool was delayed and delayed for the longest (1yr+) time. Like a lot of unhappy customers here, we called to chase many times and even went down personally to chase because they never keep to their promise on delivery. Finally after so long, we decided to ask for refund instead. They are okay with refund and was told it will take 2 weeks from their finance department to process the cheque.. Well it didn’t happen! We call them to chase and was told they will ask their finance department to PayNow us.. until now… we never here from them and it’s been more then few months already. So whoever reading this..to be fair to this vendor, they do sell nice pieces and they are not exactly rude to customers, it’s the no show no refund that made me write this review. buy at your own risk.
