I had just eaten lunch and went over to try the clawmachine. After some failed attempts I bought out a draw and bought all the tickets since there were 6 left and I could get the grand prize and last prize. I spent 70$ meaning I made a profit since the figure and last prize was worth way more. However when the women was handing out the prizes. She just dumped a bunch of files on the table and I was so confuse. I took all the files and she didn't say a word then after I asked her politely where the grand and last prize was. She proceeded to shout at me and my friend saying "YOU TOOK ALL MY FILES HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GIVE YOU THE LAST AND GRAND PRIZE!" I was so confuse and frightened because I had not done anything wrong. I quickly put back the files and waited for her to take out the grand and last prize. I didn't want to complain with her since I didn't want any trouble. She was honestly so rude and all she does is sit there the whole day. I'm never coming back to this place, women was so rude. And the prices are a cheap knock-off for the claw machine. Honestly I'd put a 0/5 if I could.

Very overpriced, and prizes are all not worth it too

Machines are fair, a few tries and you will be able to get the prize of your choice. Also wide range of Kuji.

Tried out 50 dollars on the same machine yet the box won't have a way to fall. All the bars is so close to each others. 1st time is ignorance, second time is outright own fault. Think twice before visiting.
