★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a copier from them at $80 a month and requested for 8 computers to be connected. The salesgirl said everything will be covered. However, when their technician came, he said he can only connect 3 computers and the other 5 are chargeable at $40 per computer. I had no choice but to pay another $200 to him to connect the rest as all my staffs need to use the copier. I also requested a Chinese speaking technician because I cannot speak English very well but they said they only have Malay and Indian technicians because their only Chinese technician is on reservist. Later I discovered that they only have 4 technicians and only one of them is Chinese. As I am worried that they cannot do a good job, I requested to return the copier to them and was told I had to pay $400 as compensation.

One Copier provide excellent services ,they cover 1st month installation for free for unlimited PC and they have many senior tech which is cover all around the whole Singapore. Their response time after received your call is within 2-3 hours.
