Went to change suspension and e mechanic(s) and 'supervisor' are rude. They reply your question(s) in a manner as if you owe them a living. There are many workshops out there that can and will be willing to explain and talk in a proper manner. Just bad customer relations. YMMV. Go at your own discretion.

They are very professional and expert in their field. It was a peace of mind working with this reasonable crew and their charges were absolutely reasonable. Strongly recommend!

Been to numerous workshops since I started driving, I would say this is the worst workshop I had come across. Wanted to give a review earlier but it was until I got confirmation of the issue today that I decided to write one. Went for rotor disc skimming and replaced brake pads earlier this year, after that, there will be a sound whenever I step the brake. Returned to check, told me to get a better brake pads, and it became worse when there was screeching everytime I brake. Went back and skimmed the rotor again, but the issue was not resolved. Decided not to go back to them anymore as I do not think they are professional enough to solve the issue. After that decided to seek 'specialist' help, they too are unable to solve it after requesting me to change to the 'correct' brake pads. Today went for servicing and was told my original shims are not there anymore, probably removed so that the aftermarket brake pads able to fit. The spring clips are also not right, either missing or not placed correct. Now I have no idea which of the 2 workshops did that, but both did not inform me of what they had done, rather unprofessional. They were formerly called F1 garage, wonder why change the name then?

Fantastic experience servicing my car at F1 garage. Mechanic Ah Wei was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Very open with sharing the condition of my car with me. Honest and reliable, was not pushy and gave advice on the options I have with regards to some observations he noted when performing the service. Not to mention the price point offered was also remarkable, I dare say you can find no other garage in SG servicing cars at $33.30. Initially I thought given the price, the mechanics will simply perform the job hastily but I was wrong - Ah Wei was very very thorough with the points check. He even pointed out that my fan belt was already peeling and that I should have it changed for $60. I also spent $90 for gearbox oil change, which they used original Toyota oil. All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any of my family, friends and acquaintances to F1 Garage for servicing, repair, insurance claim, spray paint and what not.

Prices quoted are reasonable priced. Mechanics are friendly and experienced. No hard selling. Boss ken is honest
