★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and disgusting customer service from the lady manager.
I have appontment at 5.30pm and the lady manager call me at 3:30pm to say the rim they "guarantee confirm got stock" 3 days ago and now tell me no stock.
I have aligned my schedule for the day to make sure all errands are in 1 go. It is normal for customer to feel disappointed when suddenly they call you on the same day to say no stock. This lady manager is so arrogant and quarel with customer to justify that they already try to resolve the issue and say give advance notice. 2 hours is not advance notice when you are already outside with other errands. Giving solution while showing that kind of attitude? Which customer would want to settle? You dont even show empathy to your customer. You quarrel then expect customer to accept your "solution"?
Stay away from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for GITI tyre. Hopefully it can at least 40k before next change. And the mechanic is very friendly to get all things sort out, including helping to solve the issues on steering wheel titling left with doing wheel alignment. A small hiccup on the balancing weight hitting the break caliber , solved by relocating the weight and balancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of their car Mechanic have left swift tyre specialist. The only mechanic left ah tan was not as competent. A workshop need to have a senior mechanic to keep the the trust of car owners. Tyre services is alright but car repair job highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made an appointment through Whatsapp for tyre change and aircon servicing. Tried their GITI Synergy tires but sad no Giti Sport S1 for my tire profile to try out. No hard sell done. Go the extra mile to explain and ask you to monitor your ride. Manage to point out some wear and tear parts and am really grateful for their insight. Will frequent again for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to do balancing as there was a lot of vibration when driving above 90km/h. Mechanic diagnosed the issue and confirmed I had to do balancing. After doing so, he advised that I might have to change rims due to it being wobbly when doing balancing, but I have to test it out in the meantime first. No hard selling, honest and fast. Will definitely recommend for tyre needs! Thank you!

Contacted them at night, was given a flat rate quote to come to my location and fix it, or help assist with changing my spare tyre. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently without hiccups. Thankful for their amazing customer service too. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this workshop around 2 months ago and this was one of the worst experience I ever had. They offered to help to clean my evaporator coil at $20 (price offered by them, did not bargain), and they took longer than expected to remove the glove compartment for my car. The senior mechanic can be heard telling the team that this is only $20 work and just quickly finish it off. Yes, this might be low in value but surely there should be some pride in the work. No? Left the place in awkwardness and will never re-visit this workshop again.
