โ โ โ โ โ $.160 for a soon kueh? It's way too expensive. I love the old price when they started their humble stall. But now the rate at $1.60 each? It's way too expensive. Are you targeting the rich people's wallet? This is an old school snack, selling at $1.60 for a small soon kueh is ridiculous. Moreover the area is too way ulu for normal folks to travel all the way there. You should find a way in your production and bring the selling price down.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice quiet ambience, limited seats
Taste is ok... Not bad... Size small like gyozas... $1.6-$2.5 per piece is pricey.
Purists onli... No dark sauce and chilli...
Drinks only bottled flavoured tea, no other drinks available...

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely space with amazing owners, Nick and Karen. The atmosphere just promotes conversations and the concept of Slow Food.
I really enjoyed the Hei Bi Hiam Soon Kueh as it has the right amount of punch from the chili! Definitely will be back for more!

โ โ โ โ โ Quite a nice quiet place with nice selection of music but out of the way unless you are driving. The Kueh is nice with thin translucent skin and bursting with fillings. However, each piece is really bite size and for the price, it is really expensive. If the price is cheaper, definitely worth more stars.

โ โ โ โ โ Traditional soon kueh with a modern twist! Skin was thin, soft and chewy. Bak kwa was unique - just the right fusion of flavours, not overpowering and still retains the soon kueh textures. We enjoyed the tasting set and the ambience.
Ordered more as frozen pieces to share with family and friends. Can mix and match, good for 3 days, just steam for 7-8 min (the lady was so thoughtful to even hand write the instructions on the individual labels!)

โ โ โ โ โ Tucked in the Pandan Loop industrial estate is a small, inconspicuous shop that sells the most amazing soon kuehs. Owner Nick and his partner Karen hand make soon kuehs with several types of fillings. You can buy a box of 6 or 10 of the same filling or different fillings. They are slightly smaller than most sold elsewhere, but each delicious kueh is packed with lots of filling. I like to pan fry my soon kueh, and theirs are mouth watering.
The drab industrial shop is transformed into a heavenly oasis, extensively decorated with staghorn ferns, which turns out to be Nick's love.
If you want great, yummy soon kuehs, then go over and pick up a box or three. They're totally worth it!
