Apartments in the business district. Carpark is weird, access to 5 to 6 must use stairs.

New condo in the middle of HDB area. Looks beautiful.

Nice condominium in the midst of town, with a very posh and convenient feel. Located right by the Downtown MRT station, it's right next to Asia Square, and the famous Lao Pasat hawker centre. Function room is small but accessible, and you get a lot of expats sunbathing on the weekends by the pool and gardens.

Amazing building and the units are fantastic. Some come with a balcony and they're a very spacious. Only thing I struggled with was how sterile of an environment all the common spaces were. Also, you have to go up a lift to the 8th floor, cross a bridge, and only then can you get into a lift to your apt. I can see that becoming a huge pain in the backside in the long term, particularly if you're in a rush.

Carpark is in convenient location and in good condition. The management’s staff John is helpful. Will definitely use it again.

More importantly, feels like home here unlike other condominiums nearby.
