Second time working with One Stop Builders; this time to do a quick remodelling of the kitchen after our built-in oven needed to be replaced. Malcom and Waseema were super helpful to adjust the design and make suggestions on how our requirements could be met. Malcom also went the extra mile to help us with checking some of the fittings, which we appreciated. If clear and prompt communications is important for you, then these guys have it covered.

Thank you to Shane and his team for the excellent support and service from the start to end of our home renovation! This is our first home (4-room BTO), and we were apprehensive as we embarked on the process of renovation due to the many horror stories we've heard of IDs and contractors at large. Thankfully our worries were unfounded - Shane was professional, prompt (quickly responding to messages even at odd times) and had the right balance of listening to what we wanted whilst providing his own design ideas, which were both creative and practical. It didn't hurt that his prices are also very reasonable. Most of all, it was clear throughout the process that he cares about his work, takes pride in his craft and is passionate about getting it right. We also thought his team of contractors did a good job and are very happy with our new, beautiful home! Thank you :)

This review is way overdue! We found One Stop Builders through a relative's recommendation, and were happy to work with OSB for a couple of reasons: sound design advice, reasonable pricing and of course, a good track record. Shane and his team worked on our first home in August to September 2016. We had a tight budget, but Shane was always forthcoming with practical advice with regards to what was worth spending on and what we were better off saving on. In addition, we were rookies when it came to furniture and fixture shopping so we definitely have Shane to thank when it came to picking the right pieces for our place. With their efficiency and hard work, we were able to move in after a mere 6 weeks of renovation! Even now, after 7 months of moving in, Shane and team are still available for consultation whenever we have any issues with the house. All in all, this was a great experience. I think the fact that most of our friends have ended up entrusting their new homes to OSB through our recommendation is testament to their expertise and reliability.

It was a great pleasure having Jeremy from One Stop Builder working with us to get our new home ready. With a really tight budget, One Stop Builder did their best to advice and accommodate our request and changes accordingly. Like most reno projects, there will always be some errors and mistakes, but these were always rectified promptly and to satisfaction. We were very assured that the renovation will be in Jeremy's good hand and things were settled within the stipulated time frame. Thank you Shane and Team for rebuilding our 4RM humble home located in the city area, their professional planning and prompt responses changed turning our unit into our dream home. Let me break this review down into four different parts. Planning & Design: Showing us step-by-step process with a clear timeline which they adhered strictly. Design by their team is really simple and modern, most importantly easy to maintain by busy home owners like many of us. Prices: Prices quoted were really reasonable and transparent most importantly we were not shocked with any "Hidden costs" at the end of the renovation period. Product Quality: Carpentry was done up very well according to our needs, quality and design is very decent, definitely not some cheap kind of materials. Service: There was once, which I deeply remember where the laminate of one of the cabinet came out, after I informed at about 4pm, the following day, at about 9am they came to fix it. Very prompt service to make sure that minimal disruption is caused. In conclusion, Overall my family is very satisfied with the service provided now we come home from work after a long day with a happy and calm heart knowing that a perfect home is waiting for us and we will definitely recommend One Stop Builders to my peers and people who come across this review by chance or on purpose. We worked with Damian and Malcolm on the renovations for our 4-room resale HDB flat and from the get-go, both were very professional and accomodating. We really appreciated Damian's design expertise and him being able to suggest aesthetically pleasing yet practical and functional features for the reno! Malcolm was super hands on as our site-supervisor and very responsive throughout the process of the renovation. Having heard many horror stories about ID firms, we were pleasantly surprised and very impressed that there were no hidden costs, and that all finance matters were dealt with transparently and in an upfront manner. Damian also helped us to select material options that are within our budget but which never skimped on quality. The workmanship of our custom built pieces are all excellent and we appreciate the post-reno follow up too! Couldn't have transformed the unit into our cosy little home without the help of One Stop Builders!

We had the pleasure of working with Shane, Damian and Waseema for our reno during the covid period. I’m writing the review 6 months post reno, and would highly recommend working with them. This is actually the 3rd house I’ve worked with OSB. Main reason for coming back to them is quality carpentry - as they have an in house workshop which means they can better control workmanship and timelines. But more importantly, I felt they were honest people and the pricing was transparent. They helped to give me various options to work within my budget and did not push for the highest priced option. There were of course some hiccups during the process, and some delay as was expected during the covid period. However, I felt the team really tried their best to accommodate my timelines and communication was clear so I can make alternative arrangements before the house was ready. 6 months in - am happy with the carpentry quality and the team helped to fix the issues I had raised post reno without pushing blame which I appreciate. They also designed a very unique layout for my 5room HDB which was practical and very space efficient, creating a foyer entrance which is not usual for HDB. They were patient with our many design requirements (and budget constraints) and I’m happy with the final design. All in all - would go back to them again if I have another place as honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this industry.
