T	THAO NGUYEN AN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor response time when required for copier service.take 2 to 3 days to come n never solve the problems of dirty print,waited another 2 more days still same,.....never buy from them again,...regretted,,,for buying the xerox copier from them....
S	System 5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest sales people. Quoted us a low copy charge prices to get us to sign their quotation and later alter the prices in the actual contract. And the machine model was also changed to a much older model! Luckily my admin girl checked the contract before I sign! If not we would have been conned for the next 5 years! Total waste of time!
S	System 5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent & Honest Sales people! I know because I checked with a few copier vendors in my office vicinity and asked for quotations. The only vendor that gives me an honest quote is Optimum! Straight up telling me that my preferred brand Fuji Xerox IV C4475 is now already an old model, not brand new. KW Copier tried to con us by saying they can sell brand new and quoted me expensive brand new prices. And when I went to Fuji Xerox HQ and asked them, they confirmed with me that there is no more brand new for this model, in fact, it is replaced 4 years ago! When I called up KW Copier to question them and their quotes, they all shut up and hang up. All DISHONEST CONS! I seriously caution potential buyers to wake up and ask questions when they look for quotes to compare...Dun fall victims to con artists in this market, there are many out there! I finally bought from Optimum, still the same old model. At least they told us from the start that it is old model and refurbished. And I bought at a good price! Also excellent technical and IT support at no charge! Strongly Recommend!!!
