It was a great renovation experience with orange team! There're always constant updates and follow up before and during the renovation. I very much like their way where there's always a team to communicate with rather than just my ID. Which make me feel so much assuered and hassle free! The ID, the project coordinator and the management are all in place to take care of my renovation. Highly recomend their professional service! Much appreciate!

Reasonable pricing. But rather problematic workmanship, requires very regular checking and pushing if you want things to be done properly/on schedule. The carpentry can miss out an entire platform, mortar base of the kitchen not sealed off, big gaps in the carpentry that if things drop inside the gap you have to tear the whole carpentry to retrieve, very very slanted wall for the carpentry, use PEN to do marking on the carpentry and until now they didn't rectify it (pen marks are still there), wrong socket placement, gaps in their sealing etc. The 'make-good' of hacked walls were also poorly done and require 3-4 times correction to make it smooth (still not perfect). Painting were messy at all edges, require multiple touchup reminders. If you have the time to check every other day and send reminders 100 times for your renovations, then go for it.

Had a wonderful experience with Orange Interior. Orange interior reacted fast and was able to switch to another carpenter when Malaysia experienced sudden lockdown. And as such, our renovation went ahead as planned without delay. The workmanship of the carpentry is meticulous and material is of good quality. Our ID , Danielle Lee, is accommodating, patient and is prompt in answering our queries. She takes heart in every tiny details and needs of ours and is always a joy to speak with. She showed her capability when she managed to redesign and solve our dressing table and wardrobe issue without making the bedroom seem heavy.

Please look at the attached screenshots before you consider to use them for your new home. Looks like this company is buying fake reviews. So, is Danielle female or male? How about TT? Why are there some reviews referring to them as “she” while others refer to them as “he”? Do they all happen to have ambiguous genders or are the reviews fake? Is it plausible that these clients never saw the IDs face to face and hence did not know their gender? Is Orange Interior related to Interior Times? One of the screenshots also shows that first 2 sentences of 2 reviews are exactly the same.

I feel bless when I get in touch of Orange Interior IDs..Mr Niel...I did make a right decision after sourcing a fews nearly 7 to 8 interior designer company. I decided to engaged him as I feel confident in him and he try to figure out what I want with my minimal budget that I have in hands. My house turns out to be my dreams house.He's been so much help and always there when I need him.Always rectify any issue promtly which I think not all IDs will do that as Im not only have minimal budget but also a very demanding and fussy client.Thank you so much Orange Interior and Mr Niel for giving the best.Its an asset to have a person like Mr Niel in your company.??????

Quotation is reasonable but Variation order can go up to 40% of the quotation. ID not professional and just listen to customer. ??? Many thing customer want to do is not technically acceptable. ID should give more professional advice. Quite problematic workmanship as the previous comments from Choong. Basically I met all the problems he mentioned. Carpentry redo more than 3 times, painting was messy. Hacked wall make good not so good. ID and site management are messy. Lousy work drilled a whole of water pipe and leaking into whole unit. No one notice until leaking water ruined my parquet floor. Very untrustable company. Please avoid.

We are beyond grateful and happy to have Aron as our ID. Aron was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating from the start even up till now that we have completed our renovation and moved in. Friendly, understanding, and open in his communication. We can always let him know our feedback/comments and he also managed to cater to what we want based on our budget. He understood our preference and was very patient in answering all our queries. To add on, I was indecisive and we take such a long time to decide on what we wanted also there were multiple changes to be made from the initial plan but Aron was very patient and allow us to take our time. Even when there were hiccups and last-minute requests or changes to be made, Aron was able to effectively communicate and rectify the issues as soon as he can. Needless to say, we are very appreciative of his effort to rectify issues and delivered what we wanted. Once again, we would like to thank Aron for all the hard work and effort throughout the whole renovation journey.

Eugene is one of the most friendly IDs who is very responsive. Despite the challenges with Covid-19, he sees through my project very well. I had an issue with cracked tiles in my kitchen and sought his help with the Cerarl panel. This is a fireproof board which has tile like appearance. His contractors are very professional and polite. Although it may not be the cheapest but I feel that they provide a high quality product.
