★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms here are pretty small and boxy, and very clinical looking certainly not ideal for stretches.
Visited a couple of times and always find my sessions ending 10-15mins earlier as well, guess I’m not the only one getting shortchanged; management mention rooms need to be tidied up etc, but should that really come at our expense?
At the price of $214, it’s certainly on the higher end among other clinic however most practitioners are inexperienced / fresh, so my sessions were hit and miss. Among the ones I tried, I can only recommend Jonathan, who does his job really well.
The only plus here is the location which is centrally located, but if one is willing to take a 5min walk, there are better options with Edge Healthcare and Integrative Chiro which I definitely had more pleasant experiences with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st experience here at OHC and definitely a super pleasant one. Alvin was really friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and answered any queries I had. I’ve always had issues with my shoulders and neck, and occasionally my back. Alvin helped me to correct whatever that’s needed to be corrected, and I must say all the sores and aches I’ve been experiencing had alleviated, and my body feels so light now. The only issue I have is why did I not pay a visit sooner!! Thank you so much Alvin!! ?

The treatment really solves the many issues we have from each family member, and also given practical tips to do the right stretching procedure at home. Highly recommended if you have joint and muscle pains from desk job or sport injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my Physio session with Dr Jerome feeling like a whole new person! He did deep tissue work (ouch but so effective), some dry needling and adjustments, and he also gave me some homework to help me work on my months-old neck and shoulder tightness! Thanks Dr Jerome! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first visit at OHC few days ago. Vanessa was very down to earth and easy to speak with. The entire session was very comfortable and light-hearted. I learnt so much about my body (& my poor habits :p). Vanessa was quick to point out what she has observed from my movements & shared simple exercises & breathing patterns for me to work on. I’m so glad I’ve finally decided to make a visit & received professional advice. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!

After explaining my situation, Mona is like a scan machine, she spot the issues (and this is what I’ve been dealing with)she help relieve it and hopefully we can work towards improving it.
