This was the 2nd time I undergo my medical examination. I like the way my attending physician Dr. Lu's approached in handling and giving advised to his patients, he's kind and approachable. I likewise met Ms. Lizeth and Ms. Sabrina who are also hospitable and kind as well as all the staff, they are all very friendly and as soon as you have completed your medical exam, you will be served with a complimentary breakfast in a seat that looks like a business class on a plane. Highly recommended place. Two thumbs up??

Such a great experience! I went here to undergo my medical examination. I admire the enthusiasm of my attending physician Dr. Lu, he's kind and engaging. I likewise met Ms. Lizeth, the clinic manager. She's very friendly, approachable and informative. And oh, they're conveniently located too.

Urban Rehab has been a life-saver for me and my family. On-and-off I have been burdened with a bad back pain and recently I had undergone a prostate surgery. My physiotherapist, Jacob Praveen from Urban Rehab has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL when it comes to his mobilisation techniques and deep tissue releases as well as his approach to strengthening my back and pelvic floor muscles post-surgery. He is so well-acknowleged and phenomenal when it comes to his treatment and therapy. In fact, I look forward to my physical therapy sessions because of him as I am on my road of recovery. I may walk in with pain but I walk out of the physio centre feeling good and rejuvenated. Within a few sessions, I have been back to being active and pain-free. I would also like to thank the staff at Urban Rehab for being so kind and attentive to our needs and for being so efficient in their work.

Don't visit Fullerton Healthcare Group - Drs Trythall Hoy Davies, Orchard Road for vaccination. Irresponsible admin staff. Fail to deliver the promise to email me my receipt AFTER 3 FULL WORKING DAYS as the printer was down on the day I had flu vaccination (2 July 2019). I tried to call them the next day but the customer service said that there was no direct line to the clinic. This is outrageous! How to make emergency call to the clinic to retrieve life saving medical records in the event of allergy from vaccination/medication prescribed at this clinic? I had to travel all the way to the clinic to get my receipt to submit for claims and AIA Vitality points. Such "GREAT" service!

What do I say about Urban Rehab and my wonderful physiotherapist by the name of Jacob Praveen! The staff has been efficient and my physical therapy sessions with Jacob has been commendable. Jacob is a phenomenal physiotherapist who has great knowledge about the muscular-skeletal anatomy and accesses your pain carefully and its trigger points very diligently. He works very well with my doctors and updates them on my progress. His approach to physiotherapy is splendid whereby he has great mobilisation and deep tissue release techniques. He gets to the core of your problems and treats your symptoms. Within a session or two, you will feel a significant difference in your body and pain management. Jacob is God-Sent when it comes to his amazing treatment and therapy. He makes sure that you walk out the centre feeling like a brand new 'you' and I thank him for his compassion and efforts. There is no other physiotherapist like Jacob Praveen on this planet!!! If you ever feel the need to get back on track and no longer suffer in pain and in silence, Jacob is your go-to physiotherapist!!!

Rating should be zero star. The waits are incessantly long (all three times I was there). Staff provide conflicting information, which is worrying in what is suppose to be a clinical environment. And move in and out of consultation rooms to chit chat with each other, with no care for patient confidentiality and professionalism. Am also suspicious of positive reviews that cite specific staff names because staff don't wear name tags and do not actively engage patients. Never again!!!

Was suffering from back pain for months due to an injury. And i thank all my lucky stars to have met Jacob as my physiotherapist! He is simply amazing in what he does and so knowledgeable. Jacob certainly puts in effort in treating my back pain and teaching me exercises/stretches to help with my back issue. What he did was certainly way more than what my ortho doctors were offering. I am extremely thankful to Jacob for his expertise!

Jacob is a professional, effective, empathetic and a holistic physiotherapist who respects client's thoughts and emotions. Prior to Jacob, I saw a physio from the same chain for several months and throughout the chronic pain, many couldn't quite support my situation effectively. Jacob has changed my physiotherapy perception and has genuinely changed my life by allowing me to have days pain-free. Within the first month and generally after every session, there is notable difference in the pain that I am feeling. Jacob is knowledgable and can point out what he is working on, which I value as I am interested in knowing specifically what is being worked on. Jacob takes on feedback and actively listens to the client, making me feel heard. It indeed was the best decision to switch over to Jacob as I feel improvement physically and after manual therapy each session, I feel much better for the next few days. On the off time where I do not feel better, Jacob offers support and works on different areas to eliminate the pain. To me, it is extremely important that a physiotherapist values the clients' thoughts and is empathetic to both physical and emotional aspects - Jacob is exactly that. My chronic neck/shoulder pain is on the road to recovery and this has been the best I have felt since commencing treatments. Of course there are setbacks to all forms of healing, but I feel empowered when I see some weeks of getting better. My situation has completely changed and i am glad i have been able to become aware of situations that cause tension to my pain areas through the support of Jacob. Jacob really is very skilled, knowledgeable and his manual therapy leaves positive results for the days to follow. Highly recommended and will recommend to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatment!
