β β β β β I came to Orient Atelier for a ring that was posted on IG and met Jean. Jean was very helpful and friendly and all her pieces are gorgeous! I left with a beautiful ring and came back again to customize another piece of jewelry. The workmanship is impressive. Every experience with Jean and the staff of Orient was an enjoyable one. I highly recommend Orient for their warm service and beautiful jewelry pieces.

β β β β β My fiance and I went to Orient Atelier via the recommendation of our mother's friend, whose daughter just got married earlier this year. We were in a hurry to get our wedding bands because our ROM was only 2 months away. My proposal ring also had an intricate design so we were trying to find something that can stack. Jean gave me very good recommendations and we even managed to customised a ring for my fiance in a design that he likes and in a comfort fit that upon wearing you really cannot feel that you are wearing a ring at all!
Best still, we were worried that we couldn't make it in time for our ROM but she managed to push ours up and get it done 2 weeks before our solemnisation.
Thank you and we really love the bands so much!

β β β β β I engaged Jean's service for my engagement ring. From the get-go, Jean and the rest of her colleagues at orient atelier was very warm, friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jean was very open minded in welcoming my ideas and provided her expert opinion and advice.
One of her key skills is being able to read my fiancΓ©e's personality within 1 meeting. This enabled her to provide sound advice to ensure the design remains suitable for my fiancΓ©e.
Jeans customer centricity and level of service to rush the timeline and ultimately provide a more than reasonable final price is highly commendable.
I'll definitely recommend young couples to engage with Jean for their wedding bands, engagement or couple rings.

β β β β β Got to know Jean a year ago during last Christmas from a friend, really an amazing elegant lady with very adorable character and true expertise on jewelry. I have gotten two tailor made rings now and feel like at home whenever I went to the store and catchup with Jean and her very nice graceful pretty mom. The jewelry design, quality, the expertise and service are awesome! Hope more ppl can go to the store to take a look! You wonβt regret!!

Wife requested for her wedding band to stack with her engagement ring and sheβs really happy with the result. Very fine craftsmanship. My husband loved his ring so much that he wore it even before the wedding! We returned to buy our mothers some pearl earrings too!
