β β β β β I had a shoulder injury due to a bad fall back in March 2021 and was unable to lift up my left arm. My daughter, Evelyn who is a staff of Oriental Remedies recommended me to Physician Ng Mei Yun and I did a combination of acupuncture and ELT treatment. After four months of treatment, my arm condition improved significantly and I was able to lift up my arm without much pain. I strongly recommend ELT treatment as it has shown vast improvements in my condition and helped to reduce my inflammation. Special thanks to Physician Ng, Therapists Kelly & Christine, as well as Yoong Sheng for their good customer service during my visit in Oriental Remedies.

β β β β β Absolutely enjoyed the treatment and the service at Oriental (both East Coast and Jurong clinics). The physicians were experienced, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to them, my chronic back and shoulder ache was cured in 5-6 sessions. Highly recommend.

β β β β β I had my first session of Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) treatment with therapist Cindy. As it was my first, I did not know what to expect. However Cindy was very detailed in explaining what the session is going to be like and the benefits of it.
After the session, i felt my lower part of my body having less tension as I went in with hip pain. Furthermore, I could feel that there were some movement within my sinuses as I had chronic sinus issues since young.
All in all, I think there are many benefits after the session and I hope my condition improves after coming for more sessions in the future.

Physician Ng has been very helpful in improving my overall and well being through prescription of the right medication and also useful tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I really saw a big improvement in my health after coming here. The staff is very professional and friendly, always ready to help me out.

β β β β β Came for treatment for my eczema and managed to improve it significantly over a few months of treatment (ELT, oral medicine, and a cream). Physician Ng and therapist Christine were wonderful, very supportive and understanding, and always gave good advice on holistic management. I'm very grateful to them for guiding me to help me achieve my target skin health. Although they did suggest for me to continue maintenance treatment if I wanted, they didn't pressure me, and always aimed for me to be healthy and well, first and foremost. The only drawback would be the high cost, although for the outcomes and service delivered, I found it to be worth it.

β β β β β Everyone was very friendly in the clinic on arrival. Dr Lim was very helpful and a practical modern day physician. He asked great questions and was realistic with suggestions and recommendations that would work with the office lifestyle we all lead these days. I had acupuncture for my first session and I had immediate benefits from it. Looking forward to seeing the cheerful oriental remedies family again next week for another session.
