★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the 40 sessions package, on my 24th now. Alan has been really helpful and responsive to my queries, appreciate it! Each session is only 20 minutes, so it's pretty convenient to go whenever there's little pockets of free time. So far, I find that the sessions had helped with my cellulite problem. Combined with diet and exercise, the therapy helped expedite in making cellulite less visible. Effective in helping muscle recover after workout sessions too.
