Looked so terrible and felt miserable. Made people lose their self esteem with the improper look. Worst haircut ever. Not going to step that salon again..first and the last...Overall ???

I’m usually quite particular with how I like my short bob to be as l’ve had bad experience before whereby it was too short for my liking. But stylist Josephine was very attentive, she knew what kind of look I was going for when I showed her some photos and she was very meticulous while doing my hair. She even gave her own recommendations as to what would suit me. I can say that I’ve found a new stylist that I can trust with my hair. Great job, Josephine!
S	Stephanie Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the modern setup, it was clean and bright and service was good. Unfortunately the effects of my hair colour was not good. My hair's original colour is very black (have not dyed since before covid) so when they dyed it the first time, the colour effect was very weak. Almost could not see any colour at all. They offered to redo it and I asked if its ok to dye 2x on the same day cos I'm concerned that my hair would be dry. They said it's OK so I proceeded. But as expected, my hair became very dry and easy to tangle after 2x dye. The color after 2nd dye became reddish brown when I wanted a cooler colour (not warm and aggressive). Quite disappointed with the end result. They could have told me to choose another colour instead of dying it their way. Also the treatment was between 1st and 2nd dye and could not help my hair at all.

I was going from black to reddish brown, but was worried about the end product being too red. Josephine took initiative to ensure that the dye turned out more copper brown than dark red. She was meticulous in washing my hair afterwards too. Professional and friendly service.

He is an absolute professional and takes care of everything 100%. I felt so comfortable under his care and there was no hard-selling of anything.
