I was most impressed by how committed and professional they were in handling my project especially when it was disrupted by COVID-19. They were forthcoming in discussions and meticulous in understanding the aims and needs of my project before developing the app accordingly. There were also very regular updates on the progress to ensure that the project was running on time and there was a lot of flexibility to ensure that the app was well done. Could tell that they take a lot of pride in their work. Excellent work! I would definitely work with them again if I could.
