β β β β β Was referred to Anwar for treatment as I had been suffering from sharp pains on my shoulders and neck which resulted in limited movement and tingling migraines. I saw considerable improvement in terms of neck movement and a reduced overall pain level (from 90% to 20%) even within the first session. Anwar is very patient and attentive, and I appreciated that he took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis and necessary treatment/ follow up action.

β β β β β Orthomed Physio have helped me with several issues caused by many years sitting behind a desk. This includes back pain, cervicalgia and knee problems. I have in 3 out of 4 cases recovered completely without any following symptoms whatsoever. In all cases the treatment has been thorough and relevant without any unnecessary extensions (though occasionally painful?). In the last case I am not expected to recover fully so focus is on management. The clinic is small and centrally located. During the last treatment stretching over 3 months I had 3 different therapists. I hope and believe there will be less staff flux (they were all good though)

β β β β β Referred to Ms Helen by my orthopaedic surgeon after doing a foot and ankle surgery.
Excellent bedside manners, good rapport building and solid physiotherapy for my affected ankle. 6 months later, and i'm more than back to baseline.
Could not recommend her enough!
